How the process works

Every client engagement takes one of two forms — either a defined project or an ongoing design retainer.

Some teams need short-term creative support to bring a specific idea to life; others prefer steady, ongoing design help that keeps their brand sharp and consistent month after month.

Whichever format fits you best, the process is the same: simple, organized, and stress-free. I work directly with you — no layers, no handoffs — to create clean, effective materials that look beautiful and function smoothly across print and digital formats.

  • It starts with a quick call or email. We’ll talk about your needs, your goals, and what kind of creative support makes sense — whether that’s a monthly retainer or a defined project. This is where I listen, clarify, and make sure I’m the right fit for what you have in mind.

  • Once we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a clear written proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and estimated hours. When approved, I’ll send a short onboarding packet and create your shared Dropbox folder where everything — from invoices to design files — will live in one organized place.

  • Each retainer or project includes well-defined checkpoints. I track time carefully, share reports whenever requested, and keep a running list of current and completed items in a shared spreadsheet. Optional check-ins (usually one or two for every ten hours) make sure we stay aligned without wasting time.

  • Once we start creating, you’ll receive polished design drafts ready for review. Revisions are focused and efficient, and every piece is delivered on-brand, print- and web-ready, and easy to use.

  • At the end of each month or project, you’ll receive a clean handoff: final files, usage notes, and summaries of completed work. If you’re on a retainer, we simply roll into the next cycle — steady, organized, and seamless.
